Prayer is very important to the Christian. We can talk to the Lord at anytime of day or night. We don't have to be in a special place or facing a certain direction. We can pray at home or work.
When difficultly arises in our lives we should go to the Lord immediately in prayer and not wait.
The Lord wants to hear from His children. He is never too busy. The problem is never too small or too big.
Jesus said in Matthew 7:7-8,
"Ask and it will be given to you;
seek and you will find;
knock and the door will be
opened to you.
For everyone who asks receives;
he who seeks finds;
and to him who knocks,
the door will be opened.
We as believers in Christ should be persistent in our prayers.
Let us come boldly to the throne of Grace.
I would like to encourage you to keep calling out to the Lord in prayer and trust Him with the answer.
Lord,
Thank You for allowing us to come to You in prayer.
You are an Amazing God.
I pray for healing on those with heart problems and those with cancer.
I uplift those who are depressed and facing emotional problems.
I pray for the United States of America, heal our land as we humble ourselves and repent of our sins.
Forgive us Lord for straying and being disobedient to You.
Come soon Lord Jesus.
