Proclaiming God's Truth

There are many people all around us who need the Lord.  We all know someone we hope would come to know the Lord before it is to late.  Many people in our day and age have no desire to have God in their lives and that saddens me.

I have heard some believers who think that "good" people will be allowed in Heaven.  This goes against God's Word and His character.  We know from the Bible that nothing unholy can enter into the presence of a Holy God. 

We have all sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God.  We have all missed the mark.  Good deeds or works will not get us into Heaven.  The only way into Heaven is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ and to proclaim any other way is promoting error. 

Saying that God will allow "good" people into Heaven is just an excuse for a believer not to tell someone about Jesus and proclaim the truth of the Gospel.  People need to here the Gospel truth.  The Lord tells us in the Word to make disciples of all nations and baptize them in the name of the Father,  of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. 

We who are believers in Jesus Christ must cling to the truth of who God says He is in His Holy Word, the Bible.  We must tell people the truth.  We must tell them and warn them of the coming Judgment and we must tell them of their need for Jesus Christ.

The time is running out.  There is an appointed time for each of us to die but once and then face the Judgment of a Holy God.  Nothing sinful can enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.  The only people who will be allowed in are those who confess that they are sinners and they have accepted the only One that can save them from their sins and that is Jesus Christ.

There is only One name under Heaven in which people must be saved by and that is Jesus Christ. 

We believers in Jesus Christ must continue to proclaim God's truth.  We must warn those all around us and pray for them.  There are many people we know that are facing an eternity without Jesus Christ.  Anyone who dies still in their sins will be eternally separated from God in a literal Hell.  We don't seem to hear that mentioned in Churches any more,  but that is the truth. 

That is why Jesus wants His believers to proclaim the Gospel message so that others will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and be saved and have a place in Heaven for all eternity.

We believers in Christ must awake from our lukewarm state and awake from our sleep.

Let us tell others about Jesus.

Lord,  Heaven Father,

Help us to have the courage to proclaim the absolute truth of Your Word.

Help us to be brave when we face opposition.

Awake us from our sleep.

Forgive us for not telling others about You.

Pour our Your Spirit upon us and help us be servants.

Lead us and guide us.

Use us O Lord to proclaim the Gospel to those around us.
