Proclaim The Truth Of Jesus

The world in which we live is changing rapidly and in mist cases not for the better.  It seems that morals have been thrown out the window.  The culture seems to be doing what is right in their own eyes instead of caring what is right in God's eyes.

Our world in is grave danger in visiting the mistakes of the past.  Those who fail to remember history are most definitely doomed to repeat it.  When we fail to remember the mistakes countries and leaders have made in the past, troubles will come and the result will not be good.

There are many dangers in our world today.  There is anger and despair.  There is a feeling of hopelessness in the air.  There are many people who are tired and weary.   Many want to see things get better in our world, but all they see is things getting worse.

People are tired of being lied to by politicians and world leaders.  People are hungry for the truth.  People need the truth nowadays more than ever.   We who are believers in Jesus Christ know the truth and we need to share that truth with everyone we can. 

Jesus proclaimed very clearly that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no one can come to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).  Jesus came to earth to testify to the truth of who God truly is.

There are many religions in our world today, that is true, but we are not talking about a religion really.  We are talking about having a true life changing relationship with the true living God Himself.  There is only one God and He is the One that is revealed to us in the Holy Bible.

He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  There is only One who died for our sins and gives us an eternal Home in Heaven and that is the Lord Jesus Christ.   All the other religions of the world require you to work to earn your forgiveness and entrance into Heaven,  but that doesn't work out at all. 

We have all sinned and have fallen short of God.  We are all deserving of eternal separation from God in a literal Hell.  None of us are good enough on our own to earn our way into Heaven.  There are no amount of good works that can even get us close to Heaven on our own.

God made a way for us to have forgiveness of our sins and to have an eternal Home in Heaven with Him when we leave this world in death.  God showed how much He loves each of us by sending His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die on the Cross for our sins. 

When we come to Jesus in faith and trust in His grace we are saved and have an eternal Home in Heaven.  Our salvation needs to be based on what Jesus did for us on the Cross and our receiving Him as our Lord and Savior.  This also involves repenting of our sins.  That means we come in agreement with God that we are sinners and can't save ourselves and we want to turn away from our sins and follow Him.

The harvest fields are ripe for the picking, but there aren't many people willing to go out a proclaim the Word and tell people the truth of who God is.  We must pray that the Lord who raise us people to go out into our world today and proclaim the truth of God's Word with courage and in the power of the Holy Spirit.

People are hungry for the truth.

People need the truth.  Their eternity is at stake.

Are we willing to answer the call to go into the world and proclaim God's Truth?

May out answer be yes.

Lord,
Thank You for Your Word and the Truth of who You are.
Help us to proclaim Your Word to those around us.
Give us the courage to do that O Lord for Your Glory.
