Life isn't easy.
Sometimes things seem to be running pretty smoothly then out of nowhere a rough season occurs.
It is in those rough times we often realize that we need help.
We need the help of One who sticks closer than a brother.
We need the Lord. He is the Good Shepherd that laid His life down for the sheep. We who are believers in Christ are His sheep.
We can say, with David who wrote the 23rd Psalm,
"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want."
The Lord will provide for all of our genuine needs.
Philippians 4:19 says, "And my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus."
We can trust the Lord to provide for us in the good times and the bad.
